Yes, it's true...there are libraries out there that have naked patrons. I think this is well within good manners if one uses a towel on the chair.
Ever wondered how many people use the communal computers? You might want to wash your hands after using one.

30 Second Manners
The next time you say hello to someone, look them in the eyes. Hello is a greeting; not just a word you blurt out like a sneeze. If you're lucky enough the person you say hello to responds...ask them how they are...sincerely. Sincere is the key word here. You will be amazed at the responses you get. It will open all kinds of doors for you literally.
